Bromelain
Bromelain is an enzyme derived from pineapple stem and fruit that has proteolytic (protein-digesting) properties. Bromelain contatins other active components that may have effects on inflammatory reponse and healing. Bromelain can be used to reduce swelling after surgery and may also help with your bruises.

Zinc
Zinc helps in wound healing, component of enzymes and zinc is especially important preventing infections after surgery.

Grape seed extract
Grape seeds contain a powerful bioflavonoid complex called proanthocyanidins, which have been shown to be potent free radical scavengers and a valuable aid in antioxidant protection. Grape seed Extract has been shown to inhibit enzymes that can damage the integrity and elasticity of the capillaries, skin and other tissues. In addition to begin cardio protective, proanthocyanidin compounds possess the powerful antioxidant properties that help fight cell-damaging free radicals which can cause oxidative stress in the body, and in turn contribute to premature aging of cells.

Green tea extract
Green tea extract supplies numerous bioactive compounds, including Polyphenols and Catechins, that are known for their many health-supporting properties. These compounds have been found to help protect against oxidative stress and may also help to maintain a healthy inflammatory response.

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
Vitamin C helps protect cells from the damage caused by harmful free radicals and promotes collagen production for healthy, firm skin and muscle repair.

Fish Collagen Peptides
Collagen is the primary structural protein found in joints, bones, skin, hair, nails and other connective tissues. It is responsible for maintaining the strength and elasticity/flexibility of these tissues found throughout the body.

Elastin Peptides
Elastin peptides improve skin conditions, such as skin elasticity, number of wrinkles and blood flow.

Directions
Take 4 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
